ProCabello styling tools are manufactured to the highest standards and will provide you with superior performance when used in accordance with the instructions in the manual. We believe we have the finest appliances and we back it up with the simplest and best policy to protect your investment.
PROCABELLO FLAT IRONS AND CURLERS
ProCabello flat irons and curlers have a one year worry free exchange program to protect you against any electrical manufacturer defects and 6 months on our ceramic plate both followed by a lifetime exchange policy to further protect our customers from defective materials and/or workmanship for a lifetime.
ProCabello dryers are guaranteed against defective materials and/or workmanship for a 5 Year warranty.
Products must be registered within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for the exchange and a photo of your receipt must be submitted (register online at www.ProCabello.com/register-your-product/). Please keep a copy of dated receipt as proof-of-purchase. Date of sale and seller’s stamp are required for the validity of the warranty.
ProCabello cannot guarantee the quality of products sold by unauthorized dealers such as Amazon and/or Ebay. Purchasing ProCabello products from internet sites not legitimately representing ProCabello products forfeits any warranty or exchange program.
This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident in shipment, unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, improper service, repairs by unauthorized personnel, normal wear and tear or maintenance abuse or other causes not arising out of defects in materials and/or workmanship. This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the USA, and does not extend to any units which have been used in violation of written instructions furnished with the product. If no manufacturer defect is found, the customer will have an option to pay S/H ($15) to have the product returned to them or may instruct the company to recycle the product on the customer’s behalf. If the company determines the product is not covered by the warranty, the company will issue a 40% off customer loyalty credit to be used toward the purchase of a new replacement product (customer to cover the cost of shipping). Such replacement warranty credit shall be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, and is not transferrable or assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash value.
If your ProCabello product should require replacement within the warranty period simply return the registered product with receipt to the authorized retailer with the original receipt for an even exchange. No refunds will be given. If you are unable to return the product to the retailer you may ship it to our service center. You will receive your replacement product within 7-10 business days once we receive the defective product. A product with a defect will be either repaired or replaced with a reconditioned comparable model (at our option) when the product is returned to the Service Center. ProCabello cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage during incoming shipment. For your protection, carefully package the product for shipment and insure it with the carrier. Be sure to enclose the following items with your appliance: any accessories related to your problem, your full return address and daytime phone number, a note describing the problem you experienced and a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase to determine warranty status. C.O.D. shipments cannot be accepted.
If your ProCabello product should require replacement after the warranty period you have two options to exchange your item.

- Standard Exchange – Return the item to an authorized ProCabello Service Center by returning the product along with a money order or cashier’s check for the amount of $24.95 for shipping, handling and processing. You also have the option of an Express service. We will repair or replace (at our discretion) any product that we determine, in our sole discretion, to have a manufacturer defect in material or workmanship (proof of purchase required). The warranty does not cover products against misuse, neglect of maintenance or physical damage. The process for making a warranty claim is set forth below. The customer will ship the defective product back to the company or distributor at his/her own cost. If the product is determined to contain a manufacturer defect, a replacement product (comparable manufacturer refurbished product) will be sent to the customer at no cost. If no manufacturer defect is found, the customer will have an option to pay S/H ($15) to have the product returned to them or may instruct the company to recycle the product on the customer’s behalf.
- Express Exchange – If you do not want to send us your nonworking product to us, you may choose this option, simply upload an image of your nonworking product with the power cord cut at the base of the item, the product receipt along with payment of $34.95 and save on processing time.
**In order to register a product online, the customer must complete the registration process at ProCabello.com/register-your-product/ within 30 days of purchasing the product.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROCESSING A CLAIM
Step 1 – Email firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 2 – Provide the following: first and last name, phone number, email address, shipping address, copy of receipt, date purchased, where or from whom the product was purchased, description and photos/video of the alleged defect.
Step 3 – ProCabello may deem it unnecessary to return the defective product. ProCabello does reserve the right to request the item for an exchange. In this case, we will email you a Return Authorization (RA) label to return the product to us. Print the label, adhere it to the outside of box, take it to post office, Fed Ex, or UPS. You are responsible for the cost of shipping.
Step 4 – Upon receiving the product, we will test it to determine if it is covered by the manufacturer. For non-defective tools that are operating within normal perimeters, the tool will be sent back to the customer at our cost. Any defective tools will be handled in accordance with the applicable warranty provision above.
DEFECTS COVERED UNDER THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY AGAINST PARTS AND WORKMANSHIP:
- Error codes/messages on flat irons
- Electrical issues NOT due to neglect or abuse
- Loss of heat
- No power
- Fluctuating temperature
DEFECTS NOT COVERED UNDER THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY AGAINST PARTS AND WORKMANSHIP:
- Damage due to product build-up on flat iron plates
- Water Damage
- Melted plates or casing due to use of iron-holder damage due to blunt-force impact, i.e. dropping, improper storage, melting, etc.
- No power on dryers to due failure to properly clean in-take screen and/or filter
- Melted bristles on brushes
- Melted ProCabello Diffusers due to standing dryer on end after use with diffuser attached
- Damage to cords
All sales are final. We accept returns for exchange only, for items damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first call us at 813-443-0508 or email us at email@example.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Gift cards, used items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your ordered item has not been shipped you may request a refund. Contact us to insure it has not been shipped. All refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days but for only approved refunds for items that have not shipped. Once an item has been shipped a refund can not be granted.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and return your item to us.
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ProCabello is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Unpon inquiry, ProCabello will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
